Directed a $10M program and a 15-person team standardizing Maintenance Operations Center command-and-control capability across worldwide Air Force operations. As chief executive of VS Merlot, converted two inherited SBIR Phase I projects into a $1.2M Air Force Global Strike Command definitive contract. Across a two-decade government-contracting career, helped capture, win, and manage approximately $500M in federal contracts. Held full profit-and-loss responsibility for a federal services portfolio exceeding $130M at TACG LLC, spanning five Air Force programs and an FDA cybersecurity portfolio, with a delivery organization of more than 100 staff. Exceeded net profit targets by 10 to 15 percent while growing the portfolio approximately 75 percent over tenure, largely through client-initiated awards, including a client-requested $2.3M bridge contract to recover a failing program that led to an $8.7M follow-on. Fourteen years at KPMG Consulting, later BearingPoint, and at Deloitte, leading Air Force and DoD consulting portfolios of roughly $6M annually with teams of 16 to 21.
